Traditionally know as oplatky (originally from Czech Republic), these crisp, light wafers are lovingly hand made then baked, aged twelve days, carefully filled with all natural filling and baked once again. Box of eight 7" wafers.

Sacramento Cookie Factory employs traditional hands on baking methods as opposed to mass production therefore the color and appearance of the individual wafers may vary.

Made with wheat flour, expeller pressed canola oil, dry egg yolk, sea salt, potato starch, cane sugar, unsalted butter, roasted California almonds, vanilla and natural lemon flavor.
